What to expect

I offer 50-minute virtual or in-person sessions in Midtown Atlanta to individuals and families in health and wellness, The Adult Chair® model, finances or a combination of your choosing.

Together, we discover what matters most to you and provide you with the support and tools to achieve your balance.

Each session is as unique as you are, so no two sessions are the same.

We can build on the same goal or create new ones – it’s totally up to you. I invite you to get curious and be open so I can best serve you.

If you’re wondering how often to book an appointment, I’ll simply say most people choose to have bi-weekly or monthly sessions. Some prefer weekly sessions to start, and some only need a quarterly or yearly check-in once they’re on their path.

There is no exact answer as it's entirely up to you and what fits you.

I truly believe you’ll be amazed at how much we can cover in one session, and you may even find it’s easier than you think.
