Welcome!

I’m glad you’re here.

Knowing something feels off or unbalanced in your life led you to find me, and I applaud you for taking this step and getting curious. I also want to assure you that working with me will feel supportive and free from judgment.

We’re all imperfectly perfect humans.

I want you to feel you’re living consciously and making conscious choices.

I grew up in Atlanta (one of the few ATL natives still living here!) and have traveled widely, gaining insight into other cultures and ways of life.

I have a BBA in Finance and lived the corporate lifestyle in finance for years, thinking that was my path. But in 2013, I took a huge and scary risk to step away and become a small business owner.

Two years after that, I felt drawn to pursue health and wellness further, and I became a Health and Wellness Coach. However, I didn’t feel compelled to step into life coaching until I found The Adult Chair® and Michelle Chalfant.

Now I want to help others find their balance the way I have found mine.

I’ve been drawn to health and wellness almost my entire life, researching it constantly and for decades. I’ve been an athlete most of my life too and still love playing soccer. Feeling GOOD in my body has always been important to me, though I haven’t always felt good in my body. For years I had health issues, got sick regularly and felt uncomfortable in my body. I struggled with both lifestyle and healthy eating and also watched my family struggle for decades.

It broke my heart to watch my mother struggle her entire life to have a balanced relationship with food, and even as a kid, I intuitively tried to help her. She passed away morbidly obese.

Perhaps that’s why it became deeply vested in me to not struggle like she did and to learn how to have abundance and a healthy relationship with nutrition.

My friends lovingly joke and call me a “health nut,” but for me it’s about turning inward, making conscious choices, listening to what I need and not expecting perfection. I want to help you feel this balance too. My education, health and wellness program and The Adult Chair program all enable me to offer you tools, support and insight into how you can feel your best and develop new ways to keep yourself in balance.

I certainly don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach, but rather what feels right for YOU.

It’s my goal to have you feel supported, understood, listened to and empowered so that you are not only living, but thriving.

I’m here for you, so I hope you’ll give me a chance to show you how much better you can feel!

I look forward to connecting with you!

In health and happiness,
